Content updates

A page can remain online as its subject changes. Products and rules change after publication, so check a current source before relying on anything time-sensitive.

Third-party websites

Linked pages are outside this site's control. Each one runs under terms of its own.

Availability

Content may be rewritten, relocated, or taken down, with no advance notice. Nothing here promises continuous availability or any particular result.

Keeping this current

Any change is made on this page rather than notified separately. Reading the page is the way to see the current version.
